So you're interested in applying? Great! Here are a few FAQs we've put together on questions you might ask us. If you think we still haven't answered your question, no stress...drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone on our team will get back to you.
All residents or valid holders of permanant residency with the right to live and work (DHA-1635) in the Republic of South Africa with a tertiary qualification, obtained in five or less years (including those graduating at the end of 2017), may apply for the o25 Programme from August 1st, 2017.
Yes, as long as you are able to work in South Africa. Please clearly state your qualifications when you submit your details to the system on August 1st, 2017.
On August 1st, 2017, applications for the programme will become available on o25.ogilvy.co.za. You'll need to create your account on the website, complete the Instagram Or YouTube challenge, complete your profile information and answer a couple of questions on the system.
The application system is simple. On August 1st, 2017, create your application through the website o25.ogilvy.co.za. You'll be asked basic information about yourself. You will not need to submit your challenge at this point, but be sure to login and complete the application before midnight on September 8th, 2017. An incomplete application at midnight on September 8th, 2017, will automatically be removed from the system. Completing the application form should take no longer than 30 minutes (excluding the time spent on the challenge and profile answers). Please be as concise as possible in answering any additional questions, to ensure all key points are captured.
We need to see if you are able to answer a brief. Creativity is pervasive throughout our business, so challenge yourself. Choose your platform. What you will need, is your own Instagram Or YouTube account. Stay tuned; we'll announce the challenge on the day applications open.
We'll be screening each and every application and will shortlist those into the Super Saturday, hosted at either our Cape Town or Johannesburg office. Super Saturday in 2017 will take place on the following dates:
CPT: October 14th, 2017
JHB: October 14th, 2017
To compete for a chance to be part of the o25 programme, all shortlisted applicants are required to attend a Super Saturday in either Cape Town or Johannesburg and own travel arrangements must be made.
On Super Saturday we'll assess your skills against the other applicants eyeing for the chance to get into the o25 Programme. You'll do a group exercise, a face-to-face interview and lots more. You'll get the opportunity to meet our people, both on a senior level and current graduates. And you'll get a chance to have a look around and find out what it's really like to work at Ogilvy & Mather.
Once the judges have made their final decision, our team will let you know whether you have made it into the programme or not.
